Had no idea what pickup or pot you were on at any time. Just a few pop ups with "single coil 250k..." etc would have helped immensely. Not very informative therfore.

I got my SHR-1 soldered today and it sounds so good and is so quiet it's insane! Also makes the Neck and Mid pickups sound like they came out of a toy store! Now i have to save up again so i can afford a mid and neck pickup and have that soldered on. thinking of putting DiMarzio Tone Zone on the mid and maybe SD coolrail on the neck

It's funny. None of these tutorial videos actually explain anything. It's like people including myself have no idea what is going on. So every video is a guy playing and randomly turning knobs. How does that help anyone understand how to use the pedal?

I got this when the video was made. I still have it. This pedal is amazing with the exception that all the IRs suck in my humble opinion... Get some After Market IRs and watch this pedal come to life!!!! also they could've put a tuner in it. Cheers good video..

I purchased this based on this review. I've had the Katana and heard the Catalyst. This, to me, is the clear winner. A lot of reviewers talk about "great practice amp" but the 100 is more than capable of using at live shows.

I love my strats but I don't float my trem too much, almost against the body. I know I miss out on some fun but they stay in tune way better.

Fantastic talent all around!!! Closed my eyes and it sounded like Paul & Bruce on guitars and Scott on drums!!! Vox sounded better than the original!

fitted 2 days ago on my fender strat with 3 single coils, none were RWRP just 5 noisy postitions , works perfectly in all positions, no noise and more sustain and the same tone 98% as before installation of the NRS

People want the Strymon to lose so damn bad. It clearly won - warmer, fuller, more depth. Even all these years later, Strymon still kills.

Just as a critique, it would've been cool to get more details on what this is exactly. I feel like by the end of the video all I got was 1. it gets rid of noise and 2. it is a flexible loop.

I think I'll go for this but I might try it on a guitar with back cavity or a Telecaster rather than the hassle of removing and replacing the scratch guard. I think a non-variable treble bleed would be a better option on a Strat-style guitar. Please let me know if I'm missing something because I'd love to be able to make adjustments on a Strat without a test wiring setup like in the video.

I have a pedal called The Fuzz Who Fell From Japan made by a company called Soul Power. I am thinking it's based on this pedal. There are a couple demos on YT-- well there were. Can't find them anymore. Dude this is wicked playing!!! By far the best demo of this pedal - - or maybe of ANY pedal!

I've pretty bad EMR at my place. Even my Burstbuckers are noisy. Yes it's grounded properly. I still have to "face Mecca" to get it to quiet down. Wonder if it would work with humbuckers? Probably a stupid question but it is a different system to a single coil.

I just ran into this video, and it's the most helpful and informative I've found on this subject (IK Multimedia specifically) on how to add an expression pedal that could be assigned as both a wah and volume pedal. My question is whether or not this functionality can be added/moved to the ToneX pedal. I don't know if you've used that yet, as I see that this video is pre-ToneX. I'm also looking at the Fender Switchboard to control my entire pedal board so I need to understand how the ToneX could integrate with the Fender Switchboard. Thanks for the Info.
